Survivor...

I wanted to let all of the wonderfully lovely Mommy's to be and the new Mommy's that if I can survive antepartum depression (for those of you that don't know that is when you are severely depressed WHILE you are pregnant and it's not that common), baby blues and postpartum depression than I'm pretty certain there is hope for you too!

My PPD lasted for 2 years and I would love to share the struggle with you but want to get your blessings first because it does talk about some very dark things. So if you would like I would be happy to share a bit of what I went through.

Also I should mention that my twins are now 2 1/2 so I'm literally just passing the PPD out of my brain. :)

Let me know,
K

If you want to share just put trigger warning and a huge space in the discussion box so that is all that shows on the queue. I am so glad that you are finally on the other side and I am sure your experience will help a lot of woman and their partner's with the assurance that even though this is a very dark period, there is hope and light to look forward to.

Hugs-
CK
